Enter the categories of services you offer in your company

Estimade allows you to create quotes according to the services, offered by your company. All you need to do is enter the categories of services you want to include in the labor intensity estimation process and then assign them specific values within the services.

Specify default hourly rates for each service category

In Estimade, each service category can have a different hourly rate. When creating a quote, you can also define the currency in which the quote should be presented to the customer.

Automatically calculate task labor intensity based on related service categories

We realize that there are situations when some services in a company depend on the labor intensity of other tasks. This may be the case for application testers, whose workload is closely related to that of programmers, and it may also be the case for customer service, when formal issues depend on the size of the project.

Estimade solves this problem by allowing you to define automatic calculations for service categories. All you have to do is define related categories and also indicate how much percentage of a given service should be added as labor intensity for that category. The rest will be taken care of by the application, doing all the calculations for you.

Modify hourly rates for individual offers

In case the default hourly rates for a specific project do not match what you have defined globally in the application, you have the option to override them for a specific bid only. So if, for example, you need to include a "rush fee" rate, you can easily do so without affecting the default hourly rates.
